You won’t find a community quite like EPIC! anywhere else (yet) and here’s why:

• EPIC! programming is rooted in advancing economic inclusion for all, especially in seats of power and all levels of decision-making. This means we prioritize helping members increase their financial wealth and ownership by de-risking critical business decisions, such as providing affordable access to industry advisors, experts and mentors.

• We design our programming with liberatory, equity-centered and trauma-informed facilitation and coaching practices in mind. We know that imposter syndrome is not about you, but about the environment and broken system. We apply proven and transformative collaboration formats to help members get in FLOW and FOCUS on what matters the most. We strive to relieve the residual burden and stresses of being othered or living in environments that reinforce dominant narratives.

• We hold space for accessible and safe practice so that you make tangible progress on your goals, on your terms. We know life happens, often. And sometimes that means you can’t be on video, or you have to reschedule a last minute appointment, or you have to take time out for self-recovery. And we don’t believe you should be penalized for that.

• We focus on quality over quantity and purpose over profit. We do not take on obligations that require us to scale big, fast. We are intentionally growing our community based on advancing equity and serving members who are here to RISE together and THRIVE together.

EPIC! is an annual coaching and community program with two tracks:

Track #1 - Community Circle, focused on group coaching sessions and live workhops

Track #2 - Advisory Circle, includes all of Track #1 plus additional 1:1 advising services with Startups for All’s trusted Leaders Like Us network.

EPIC! programming is designed to help purpose-driven founders or social impact leaders or product folx from historically marginalized populations to clarify their core purpose, to reduce wasted time and effort overcoming false perceptions of bias and risk, and to bring their North Star Vision to life, on YOUR terms:

What is the difference YOU want to make in the world? What does sustainable and positive social change look like, for you and for the communities and people you care about? How will you know when you’ve made progress in the right direction?

EPIC! is a purpose-driven, annual coaching program focused on advancing progress through personal and/or leadership development in monthly and quarterly activities. The program is designed for both founders and social impact leaders/product folx.

The Startups for All Cohort program is a purpose-driven, 8-10 week curriculum-based program designed for idea stage or early stage, self-funded founders. The program culminates in an end-of-program Founders Showcase.

Yes! Our only requirements are what we ask above, “The 3 Things.”

At Startups for All, our framing of “social impact” is informed by the UN Sustainability Goals and this paraphrasing of What Is Social Impact? by the University of Michigan, Stephen M. Ross School of Business

We seek “deep, structural movement of the status quo…a significant shift in society” that must improve the conditions around the current situation—to solve for a “pressing social challenge,” or “ensuring a foundation of human dignity and opportunity, which is most pressing for underserved populations and those lacking essential resources or services.”

For 2024, EPIC! membership ranges from a total fee of $450-900 over 6 months ($75-150/month), depending on the program track and applicable Early Bird/Cohort alumni discounts.
